The mission of ApprentiCorpsis to prepare an emerging and transitional workforce to meet industry demands for skilled talent and individual needs for career direction, opportunity and success.

ApprentiCorps is a comprehensive program for individuals 16 and up. The program starts with an intensive bootcamp where participants get trained to perform in the world of work effectively. Training covers topics like how to write a professional email, how to handle a challenging supervisor, and sexual harrassment. Bootcamp participants are also challenged physically and mentally through activities designed to push against personal and emotional limits. The program also includes opportunities for participants to learn about trends in 12 different industry areas through guest lecture, job shadowing and finally an extended internship at a company of choice.
